TERMS OF THE “10% OFF TICKETS BOUGHT ONLINE” PROMOTION at the Hello Park interactive park (Voronezh)

1.2. Electronic tickets are sold and payments are accepted on the website by the Organiser’s Agent — Ticket Best LLC (PSRN 1137847283716, TIN 7814579904, registered address: 197350, St. Petersburg, Shuvalovsky Ave., 37, bldg. 1, lit. A, room 18-N, office 2) using the ticketing system and the Yandex Tickets widget.
2. DATES AND PLACE OF THE PROMOTION
2.1. Period of the promotion: from 17.07.2026 to 30.09.2026 inclusive.
2.2. Discounted tickets under the promotion are sold online only, from 17.07.2026 to 30.09.2026, on the website https://hello-park.com/voronezh/main through the installed Yandex Tickets purchase widget.

3. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION AND HOW THE DISCOUNT IS GRANTED
3.1. During the promotion, customers buying tickets online receive a 10% discount off the park’s base price list.
3.2. Special entrance ticket prices under the promotion are:
● “Toddler” category (1–2 years): 1,620 RUB per ticket (instead of 1,800 RUB in the base price list);
● “Child” category (3–12 years): 1,800 RUB per ticket (instead of 2,000 RUB in the base price list);
● “Teen” category (13–14 years): 1,620 RUB per ticket (instead of 1,800 RUB in the base price list).
3.3. When buying a ticket online, the Customer must select a specific date of visit. The purchased ticket is valid for a single entry strictly on the date stated on it.
3.4. The discount under this promotion cannot be combined with other special offers, concessions, promo codes or the park’s discount programmes.
3.5. The discount applies only to the purchase of entrance tickets and does not apply to the park’s other services (café/restaurant services, parties and birthdays, purchases in the souvenir shop, etc.).
3.6. The discount is granted as a reduction of the price of the ticket being purchased. The cash equivalent of the discount is not paid out.
3.7. Children under 7 must be accompanied by an adult (a person over 18) when visiting the park.
4. RULES FOR USING TICKETS
4.1. A ticket purchased under the promotion grants entry to the park only on the day it was issued for. If the Customer does not visit the park on that date, the ticket is deemed unused.
4.2. To enter the park, present the electronic ticket with the QR code (received from the Yandex Tickets service) at the Hello Park ticket desk in Voronezh (Grad City Park, 2nd floor), either printed out or on the screen of a mobile device.
5. TICKET REFUND RULES
5.1. The Organiser does not change the date of visit for tickets already bought online at the park’s ticket desk.
5.2. Should their plans change, the Customer has the right to arrange an electronic refund of the ticket through the technical support of the ticketing service of the Agent, Ticket Best LLC (Yandex Tickets), under the rules set by that service.
6. RIGHTS OF THE ORGANISER
The Organiser of the promotion has the right, unilaterally, to:
6.1. Amend these promotion rules or end the promotion early, notifying the Participants 1 (one) calendar day before the changes take effect by publishing the updated information on the official website https://hello-park.com/voronezh/main.
6.2. Engage third parties to organise and run the promotion without prior notice to, or consent of, the Participants.
7. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
7.1. Participation in the promotion means that the Participant has automatically read and accepted these rules, as well as the terms of the offer of the Yandex Tickets ticketing service (Ticket Best LLC).
