While the children are lost in play, the grown-ups can unwind at a table or at the bar overlooking the play area.
The menu has fresh salads, snacks, hot dishes, homemade lemonades and desserts for every taste — plus a special menu for little food lovers.

For children aged 1 to 14, admission to Hello Park is single-entry and covers the phygital zones available for their age. Restrictions may apply by age, height, weight and so on. Children under 7 and children with disabilities must be accompanied by an adult.
Children under 1 and visitors aged 15 and over are admitted only together with an adult accompanying a child aged 1 to 14.
Visitors aged 15 and over pay the “Adult” rate. Only people aged 18 or over may accompany children under 7 and children with disabilities.
Special offers are granted on presentation of supporting documents at the park’s ticket desk.

Where are you located?
The park is on the 2nd floor of the City Park Grad shopping centre (in the cinema area) at 3 Parkovaya Street, Solnechny, Ramonsky District, Voronezh Region. By public transport take bus 34, 64 or 84. Coming by car? There’s a large free car park in front of the centre.

What are your opening hours?
We’re open every day with no break and no days off: Mon–Fri 11:00–21:00, Sat–Sun and public holidays 10:00–21:00.

Does a child need an accompanying adult?
Guests under 7 must be accompanied by an adult. Older children may stay in the park on their own.

Entry and exit rules
For parents: if your child is 7 or older, you may leave and re-enter the park as many times as you like. Children under 7 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
For children: a child ticket is valid for a single entry (until the child first leaves the park). Once the child leaves the play area the ticket is void. To come back the same day you’ll need to buy a new ticket. -
Do you offer discounts for large families?
Yes — large families can use our special offer: a child ticket for 1500 ₽ on any day of the week. You’ll need to show the original supporting documents when buying.

Do I need indoor shoes?
Both adults and children visit the park without shoes; indoor shoes aren’t used either.
Bring a pair of socks. Forgot them? No problem — socks are always available at the ticket desk. -
Can I celebrate my child’s birthday at your park?
Of course — we’ll gladly take the whole party off your hands. Guests have four themed party rooms, the family restaurant and the park’s entire play space at their disposal. And the Hello Park signature touch is a phygital celebration for the birthday child!

Can I bring my own cake to the party?
You may bring a cake for a birthday if:
1. You booked the party in advance on one of our packages: Basic, Premium or Exclusive
2. You didn’t book a party in advance, but you did reserve a restaurant table for at least 2 hours with a deposit
