Hello Park - Park rules

1. Hello Park is a multimedia park intended for visitors aged 3 to 12.
2. Entering Hello Park in outdoor shoes is prohibited. Socks must be worn everywhere inside the park.
3. Shoes and outerwear must be left in the lockers at the entrance. The park management is not responsible for the safety of guests’ personal belongings.
4. The entrance ticket covers the use of all the games.
5. Entrance tickets are valid for a single use. Tickets are non-refundable, and their date and time cannot be changed. The same ticket may not be used to enter Hello Park more than once a day. Money paid at the Hello Park café for food and drinks is not included in the entrance ticket.
6. Individual games may have their own rules and conditions. Before starting a game, please read the rules on the information board.
7. At the Hello Park ticket desk, an RFID wristband is put on the visitor and on the accompanying adult. Visitors without a wristband are not allowed into Hello Park.
8. At the end of the visit, children’s wristbands are removed only in the presence of the accompanying adult.
9. If the adult responsibility form has been filled in at the entrance, visitors over 6 years old may stay in the park without an accompanying adult. Children under 6, however, may stay in the park only under adult supervision. If an adult needs to leave the park temporarily, the staff in the dedicated area must issue a temporary exit wristband.
10. Visitors over 6 years old and young people under 18 are admitted to Hello Park only when accompanied by an adult. Accompanying adults must remain inside Hello Park for as long as the children are in the park.
11. Children may not leave the park even for a short time without an adult. When leaving, children and their accompanying adults must go to the exit area together.
12. Child visitors and accompanying adults must be respectful and polite towards the other guests of the park.
13. Hello Park has the right to close the park in whole or in part and to limit the number of people admitted without prior notice.
14. Park property and game equipment may not be taken outside the park.
15. Hello Park is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged belongings.
16. Bringing in food and drinks from outside is prohibited.
17. Smoking, vaping and chewing gum inside the park are strictly prohibited.
18. Bringing animals into the park is prohibited.
19. Entering the park under the influence of narcotics, alcohol or psychotropic substances is prohibited.
20. Visitors may not bring weapons or dangerous objects into the park.
21. Placing advertisements, leaflets or other promotional materials in Hello Park without prior agreement is prohibited.
22. While using the play areas, visitors may be photographed by a Hello Park professional photographer. Visitors present in the park are deemed to have given their consent to the use of their photos and videos for Hello Park promotional purposes and to their publication on social media and other platforms.
