What Our Guests Say

Our rating on Yandex and 2GIS 5 out of 5

We came to play at the park with the kids — really unusual and full of colour!

Darya B.

A great place for events with children: lots of engaging zones and themes, and the kids are happy.

Kristina S.

I brought my son to the park for the first time and we left thrilled. He was busy the whole time and I finally got to sit down without worrying. I really liked how well run it is and how attentive the staff are. We’ll definitely be back.

Danil P.

We went as a family with our five-year-old and it was a 100% hit. Plenty of activity, yet safe and comfortable. We liked that you can play and learn something at the same time. A really great space for children.

FAQ

Where are you located?

The park is on the 3rd floor of the Avenue Sever shopping centre. You can walk to us from Seligerskaya metro station or Mosselmash on the MCC. Coming by car? The centre has a large, roomy car park with easy access from the Third Ring Road.
Can I leave my child at the park while I go shopping?

If your child is 6 or older, you can leave them with us and we’ll keep an eye on them. Do remember, though, that you remain fully responsible for your child.
Do you offer any discounts or special rates?

We offer discounts for large families and children with disabilities — just bring the appropriate documentation.
We also have special group offers available.
What should I bring to the park?

All you need is a pair of cotton socks. Forgot yours? No problem — socks are on sale at our gift shop.
There’s no need for indoor shoes: everyone plays in socks, which keeps the park clean and cosy for all our guests.
Can I celebrate my child’s birthday at your park?

We know that a great kids’ party brings joy to both children and their parents.

That’s why we’re happy to take care of everything — from table decorations and catering to entertainment and activities.

To see what we offer, just head to the “Parties” section of our site.
Can I bring my own cake, food or drinks?

Bringing in outside food and drink is unfortunately not allowed, but you can easily order from our café — and order a cake from us too.
If you’d like to bring your own cake, there’s a cakeage fee.
How do I book a party?

Get in touch however suits you — send a request on the website, give us a call or message us on Telegram. The Hello Park team will answer your questions and help you book your event.
