Where are you located?

The park is located on the 2nd floor of MEGA Teply Stan, in the kids’ gallery above the ship.

Free parking is available, including an underground garage.
Can I leave my child at the park while I go shopping?

According to our park rules, each child must be accompanied by an adult.
Babysitting services are not provided on-site.
Do you offer any discounts or special rates?

We offer discounts for large families and children with disabilities — just bring the appropriate documentation.
We also have special group offers available.
What to bring to Hello Park?

To visit Hello Park, all you need are cotton socks.
If you forget them — no worries! You can buy a pair at our gift shop.

We don’t use indoor shoes at the park — all guests wear socks to keep the space clean and cozy.
Can I celebrate my child’s birthday at your park?

We know that a great kids’ party brings joy to both children and their parents.
