Hello Park - Visiting Rules

Visiting rules

These rules apply to everyone inside Hello Park. By buying a ticket or entering the park you accept them — for yourself and for the children you are responsible for. If anything here is unclear, please ask our staff before you go in.

1. Opening hours and tickets

  • Opening hours: Daily 12:00–20:00. On public holidays the hours may differ.
  • Hours may change on public holidays or for technical reasons — the current schedule is shown at the entrance and on this website.
  • A ticket admits one guest for one visit on the date it was issued for.
  • Keep your ticket, wristband or pass until you leave: our staff may ask to see it.
  • If we cannot let you in for a reason on our side, we refund the ticket in full.

2. Children and supervision

  • Hello Park is a family park. Children visit together with an adult who stays in the park with them.
  • The accompanying adult looks after the child at all times and is responsible for the child’s behaviour and safety.
  • Please do not leave children unattended, and do not ask our staff to look after them: our team runs the installations, it is not a childminding service.

3. Safety in the play zone

  • Follow the instructions of our staff and the signs next to each installation. They are there for your safety and they are not optional.
  • Take off your shoes where you are asked to, and use socks in the zones marked for it.
  • Do not run, push other guests, climb on equipment, screens, walls or decorations, and do not throw objects.
  • Do not touch cables, projectors, sensors or any technical equipment.
  • Guests who are visibly under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed into the play zone.

4. Health

  • Some installations use bright, flashing or moving light and loud sound. If you are sensitive to that, or prone to seizures, please choose the quieter zones — our staff will show you where they are.
  • Tell our staff about any condition that could make an activity unsafe for you or your child, and follow your doctor’s advice.
  • If you feel unwell during the visit, stop and tell any member of staff.

5. Food, drink and belongings

  • Food and drink are consumed only in the areas set aside for them, not in the play zone.
  • Please do not bring in alcohol, drugs, tobacco and vapes, weapons, sharp, fragile or flammable objects, or animals (assistance animals excepted).
  • Look after your belongings. Where lockers or racks are provided, please use them.
  • Lost property is kept at the reception; write to [email protected] if you have left something behind.

6. Photo and video

  • You are welcome to take photos and video of your own visit for personal, non-commercial use.
  • Filming or photography for commercial purposes, and any use of professional equipment, requires our written permission in advance.
  • The park may photograph or film its own events for promotion. Tell our staff if you do not wish to appear in such materials.

7. Birthdays, groups and bookings

  • Party rooms, group visits and events are booked in advance and confirmed by our team.
  • The terms of a booking — the deposit, the timing, and how it can be moved or cancelled — are agreed when it is made. To change or cancel, write to [email protected] as early as you can.

8. When we may refuse entry

We may refuse entry, or ask a guest to leave without a refund, if they:

  • keep breaking these rules after a warning;
  • behave in a way that endangers or disturbs other guests or our staff;
  • are visibly intoxicated;
  • damage park property on purpose.

9. Responsibility

  • Hello Park keeps its premises and equipment in safe working order and instructs guests on how to use them.
  • Guests are responsible for following these rules and the instructions of our staff, and for any damage they cause deliberately or through gross carelessness.
  • Anything not covered by these rules is governed by the law of the country in which the park operates.
