• Where are you located?

  We are located in Tashkent: Tashkent, Chilanzar District, 21 Bunyodkor Str.

• Can I leave my child at the park while I go shopping?

  If your child is 6 or older, you’re welcome to leave them with us — we’ll make sure they’re safe and having fun.
  For children aged 3 to 6, babysitting service is available upon request. Just ask our staff at the front desk for details.

• Do you offer any discounts or special rates?

  We offer discounts for large families and children with disabilities — just bring the appropriate documentation.
  We also have special group offers available.

• What should I bring to the park?

  All you need is a pair of cotton socks. Forgot yours? No problem — socks are on sale at our gift shop.
  There’s no need for indoor shoes: everyone plays in socks, which keeps the park clean and cosy for all our guests.

• Can I celebrate my child’s birthday at your park?

  We know that a great kids’ party brings joy to both children and their parents.
  
  That’s why we’re happy to take care of everything — from table decorations and catering to entertainment and activities.

  Yes! A Hello Park Gift Certificate is a perfect present for any occasion.
  You can choose a custom amount to cover any of our services — or go with a pre-set pass for 1, 5, or 10 visits.
