We’d been here before just to play, but this time our daughter really wanted her birthday in the play park — and we’re so glad we chose Hello Park!
I’ve only just woken up, honestly, but the entertainer and the whole park team were superb. Everything works, it’s clean and pleasant, and the staff keep an eye on the children so there are no squabbles.
The party area is great too: our kids were in the Dream room while we adults sat at a table in the café. The food and drinks are very tasty, the cake looked exactly like the picture and was wonderfully good — the sponge wasn’t dry at all.
The entertainer had the children captivated and they were over the moon. Now I’m waiting for the photos and looking back on yesterday evening with a smile. Thank you.

We visited Hello Park with two children, aged 4 and 5, on a weekend. It’s busy, but on the whole the kids never had to queue or feel cramped: the park is split into zones, there’s plenty of interactive stuff and at the same time classic activities like slides and climbing frames. We loved how many digital games there are — very modern, and really made for today’s children 🤩 There’s a café on site with a varied menu and sensible prices! 👍🏻👍🏻

Let me start with one word: magnificent! Thank you to all the staff — from the girls on reception to Wednesday the entertainer (the children were captivated and did as she asked; real mastery). Our waiter Ivan was like a magician: you’d barely finish thinking and there he was. Dmitry the photographer took beautiful, high-quality shots (have your wallet ready, you’ll want to buy them all). Special thanks to the chefs — everything was cooked beautifully: the pizzas were fire, the bruschetta delicious, the kebabs and fries, the fruit drinks, the cocktails, the macarons, the éclairs — all superb.
The children ate well. They kindly packed up the leftovers in really good containers and we happily finished them at home. Your team created an atmosphere of celebration and ease from start to finish. Not just the kids but the adults were absolutely delighted!

An interesting place — an interactive play area! There are ball pits, trampolines, swings and plenty for children to climb on. The ball pool with its slide, for instance, comes with an interactive wall you can throw the balls at to “knock down” the figures. The space isn’t huge and you can see across it easily, which matters if you’ve come with toddlers. The toilets are adapted for children with seat inserts and step stools. The café has high chairs plus colouring sheets and pencils. The staff are very polite, welcoming and attentive to the children. Thank you so much!
The café menu was a lovely surprise too. Adult portions are generous, children’s a little smaller. We liked that the kids’ menu is varied, wholesome and cheerfully presented.
Everything was tasty!
Early on weekdays there’s a discount on the play area.
We’ll definitely be back.

The place is laid out like a climbing centre, but with a twist: it’s dimly lit and full of glowing interactive things. Kids don’t just slide down into the ball pool — they can also use those balls to “shoot down” flying saucers and the like. Accompanying adults get in free. It’s handy that a child of 6 or over can be left in the staff’s care while you wander round the mall. My six-year-old found enough to do for four hours without getting bored. We went on a summer weekend; it wasn’t overcrowded, everything was fine and there were no queues anywhere.

How much does a visit cost?

Monday to Thursday: 1790 ₽ per child. Friday: 1 990 ₽. Weekends: 2490 ₽ per child. Adults free.
Do you have any special offers?

Special terms apply to park admission tickets only:

A 25% discount for large families and people with disabilities.
A 25% discount for groups of 10 or more (weekdays and working days only).
A 25% discount in the evening: from 20:00 on weekdays and from 21:00 at weekends.
A 25% discount for birthday guests on their birthday and for 7 days afterwards.
On weekdays from 10:00 to 12:00 we also run our “Happy Hours” offer.
The price then works out at 1390 ₽.

The 25% discount for large families and people with disabilities applies on presentation of the relevant documents. It does not apply to “Happy Hours” or to promotional offers.
Can I buy a gift certificate?

Yes, you can. A Hello Park gift certificate is a great present for any occasion. You can buy certificates for an amount of your choosing and put them towards any of the park’s services. Certificates are chosen and purchased at the park’s ticket desk.
How many adults can accompany a child?

Children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults get in free.
Can we visit as a group of children — a nursery group, a school class or a summer-camp party?

We have special offers for group visits. We also work with companies under contract and by bank transfer.
What should I bring to the park?

All you need is a pair of cotton socks. Forgot yours? No problem — socks are on sale at our gift shop.
There’s no need for indoor shoes: everyone plays in socks, which keeps the park clean and cosy for all our guests.
Can I leave my child at the park while I go shopping?

If your child is 6 or older, you can leave them with us and we’ll keep an eye on them. Do remember, though, that you remain fully responsible for your child.
Can I hold a children’s birthday party at your park?

We know a children’s party brings joy to the kids and their parents alike! So we’re happy to take on everything — decorations, table setting, the party spread, the entertainment, the lot. We’ve put together package deals so you can organise the best party with no effort. You’ll find the Hello Park packages on the Parties page.
What birthday-party services do you offer?

We offer a whole park of multimedia entertainment, a party area and party menu, shows, entertainers in costume, workshops, a photographer and face painting. Every service is delivered professionally.
How do I book a party?

Get in touch however suits you — send a request on the website, give us a call or message us on WhatsApp. The Hello Park team will answer your questions and help you book your event.
Can I bring my own cake, food or drinks?

Bringing in outside food and drink is unfortunately not allowed, but you can easily order from our café — and order a cake from us too.
If you’d like to bring your own cake, there’s a cakeage fee:
cake up to 2 kg — 2000 ₽
3 kg and over — 4000 ₽.
