• How much does it cost?

• How many people can accompany a child?

  Children under 12 yera old must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

• Can I visit your park with a group of children (groups from kindergartens, school groups, camp groups)?

  We have special offers for group visits. Just call us or write a email

• Can I leave my child at the park and go shopping?

  Children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

• Can I hold a child’s birthday party at the park?

  We know for certain that a child’s celebration will make them and their parents happy! That’s why we’re ready to take care of decorations, table settings, a celebratory lunch, entertainment services and everything else! We’ve prepared special package offers so that you can easily organize the best celebration possible at our park. You can find out more about these package offers on the Celebrations page.

• Hello Park has half-price?

  Hello Park offers half-price entry for all cases described below:
  I- Students upon presentation of the Student Id Card - CIE
  II- Young people aged 15 to 29 belonging to low-income families enrolled in cadúnico
  III- Disabled and a companion, upon presentation of a document proving the condition, in accordance with Federal Law 12,933 of 2013
  IV- Elderly (aged 60 years or older) upon presentation of official identity document
  V- Director, Pedagogical Coordinator, Supervisor and holder of the support board of state and municipal school State Law SP 15.298/14 and Professor of the state and municipal public network State Law SP 14.729/2012 upon presentation of official identity document with photo and functional card of the Department of Education or Holerite to prove the condition.
  VI - Retired Municipal Law SP No. 12.325/1997, upon presentation of official ID with photo and benefit card of the INSS to prove the condition.
  ATTENTION!
  Proof of the right to the benefit of half-entry to Hello Park is required.
  If the benefit is not proven, the carrier must supplement the value of the ticket purchased for the value of the full ticket.

• How do Hello Park shifts work?

  You can check the shifts and times in our e-commerce by selecting the desired http://ecommerce.helloparksp.com.br/
  Tickets are valid for only one shift, as chosen at the time of purchase. If the shift time is exceeded, a new ticket will be charged to stay in the park.

• Can I change the shift or date of my visit?

  The ticket is valid only for the scheduled date and shift, and it is not possible to use it on any other date.
  We do not exchange and revalidate the purchased ticket, for this reason, we ask our visitors to carefully check the order data before finalizing it.

• What are the attractions of Hello Park?

  With over 20 attractions Hello Park invites visitors to travel through an interactive and technology-packed world.

  We follow the legislation and regulations that regulate the parks sector, so our attractions have restrictions on use such as age, height, footwear and physical conditions. In some attractions is not allowed entry with heels, slippers, dressings and medical immobilizations (plaster or splint). Because it is legislation and safety regulations Hello Park does not make exceptions, we will always work to preserve your safety.

• Willthe attractions be up and running on my visit?

  Hello can change the amount and opening of attractions for force-force. The Call Center can inform about the current situation on the day of the visit, just contact us through our e-mail: contato@hello-park.com.br

• Do attractions have usage restrictions?

  Some attractions have restrictions on use such as height, footwear and physical conditions. In certain attractions is not allowed entry with heels, slippers, dressings and medical immobilizations (plaster or splint). Because it is legislation and safety standards Hello Park does not make exceptions.

• Can people with disabilities also play at all attractions?

  When arriving at Hello Park , ask the ticket counter for information about the restrictions of each attraction in a personalized way, to enjoy Hello Park in the best way, always safely!

• Can I leave my son alone in Hello Park?

  Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by at least one responsible adult.

• How do I take excursions to Hello Park?

  Hello Park offers special packages for groups over 10 people, whether for school excursions, private groups, companies and/or tour agencies!

• Is there a promotion for birthday stalwarts?

  We do not have specific promotion for birthday son at this time.

• Can I have a birthday party in Hello Park?
