• How much does a ticket to Hello Park cost?

  Tickets are sold for a 2-hour stay inside Hello Park.
  There you can always purchase your ticket one day in advance and schedule your visit on the desired date and shift, as long as space is available.
  Ticket purchases through http://ecommerce.helloparksp.com.br/ can be made via cash payment or credit card, in up to 5 interest-free installments with cards: Visa, Mastercard, ELO and American Express or bank slip banking.
  The ticket is only valid for the scheduled date and shift, and cannot be used on any other date.
  For children up to 1 year and 11 months and people with disabilities up to 17 years old, admission is free, just collect it at the park ticket office on the day of the visit upon presentation of supporting documents.

• I bought my ticket through e-commerce, do I need to schedule the visit?

  Tickets purchased through the website do not require an appointment. The date selected at the time of purchase automatically schedules your tickets for that day.

• I bought my tickets but chose the wrong date. Can I exchange?

  If your ticket is still within its validity period, you will have up to 7 calendar days from the date of purchase to cancel it. If you wish to choose another date, first request to cancel the purchase and then make a new purchase.

• Does Hello Park have half-price tickets?

  Hello Park offers half price for all cases described below:
  I- Students upon presentation of the Student Identification Card - CIE
  II- Young people aged 15 to 29 belonging to low-income families registered in CadÚnico
  III- Disabled people and a companion, upon presentation of a document proving the condition, in accordance with Federal Law 12,933 of 2013
  IV- Elderly people (aged 60 years or over) upon presentation of an official identity document
  V- Director, Pedagogical Coordinator, Supervisor and head of the State and Municipal school support staff State Law SP 15.298/14 and Teacher of the State and Municipal public schools State Law SP 14.729/2012 upon presentation of an official identity document with photo and card official from the Department of Education or Payslip that proves the condition.
  VI - Retirees Municipal Law SP No. 12,325/1997, upon presentation of an official identity document with photo and INSS benefit card proving the condition.
  ATTENTION!
  Proof of the right to the half-price benefit for access to Hello Park is required.
  If the benefit is not proven, the holder must supplement the value of the purchased ticket to the value of the full ticket.

• If I exceed the period of my ticket?

  If the visitor exceeds the purchased time, they will be charged R$ 1.00 per additional minute per person.

• How do Hello Park shifts work?

  Hello Park has 2-hour shifts and it is also possible to purchase tickets for 30- and 60-minute experiences.

• Can I change the shift or date of my visit?

  The ticket is only valid for the scheduled date and shift, and cannot be used on any other date.
  We do not exchange or revalidate purchased tickets, for this reason, we ask our visitors to carefully check the order details before finalizing it.

• I didn't use my ticket on the date, can I exchange my ticket?

  Hello Park does not exchange or revalidate tickets. Check the date and shift of your ticket and use it according to the Park's opening calendar.

• What are Hello Park's opening days and hours?

• What are the attractions at Hello Park?

  With more than 20 attractions, Hello Park invites its visitors to travel through an interactive world full of technology.

  We follow the legislation and standards that regulate the parks sector, so our attractions have usage restrictions such as age, height, footwear and physical conditions. In some attractions, entry with high-heeled shoes, flip-flops, bandages and medical immobilization (plaster or splint) is not permitted. As these are safety legislation and standards, Hello Park does not make exceptions, we will always work with the aim of preserving your safety.

• Will all attractions be open during my visit?

  Hello may change the number and opening of attractions due to force majeure. The Customer Service Center will be able to inform you about the current situation on the day of the visit, just contact us via email: [email protected]

• Do the attractions have usage restrictions?

  Some attractions have usage restrictions such as height, footwear and physical conditions. At certain attractions, entry with high-heeled shoes, flip-flops, bandages and medical immobilization (plaster or splint) is not permitted. As these are legislation and safety standards, Hello Park does not make exceptions.

• Can people with disabilities also play on all attractions?

  When you arrive at Hello Park, ask the ticket counter for information regarding the restrictions of each attraction in a personalized way, to make the most of Hello Park, always safely! For people with disabilities up to 17 years old, admission is free, just collect it at the park ticket office on the day of the visit upon presentation of supporting documents.

• Can I leave my child alone at Hello Park?

  Minors under 18 must be accompanied by at least one responsible adult.

• How does food work at Hello Park?

  The food area is made up of the Hello Café, where you will find drinks and food, such as popcorn, snacks, soft drinks, water and coffee.

  Hello Park does not restrict the entry of food and non-alcoholic drinks.
  It is prohibited to bring glass containers/cutlery/sharp objects such as knives, spatulas and birthday candles. The storage and conservation of food are the responsibility of the visitor.
