• How do I get to Park?

• Can I buy a Gift Certificate?

  We sell coupons at our location and online 20, 30 or 50 euro nominals. Online link https://hellopark.simplybook.it/v2/#gift-card

• How many people can accompany a child?

  Children must be accompanied by adults. Every adult accompanying a child must purchase an unlimited adult ticket. 1 child can be accompanied by no more than 2 adults.

• Can I visit your park with a group of children (groups from kindergartens, school groups, camp groups)?

  We offer a different price for groups. For a 1 hour visit a group of 10 people or more gets to pay 5 euros, for a 2 hour visit 7 euros per child and 2 euros per adult for unlimited time. Prices apply on workdays from 11 to 17 o clock.

• What should I bring with me?

  You’ll need two things when coming to our park: cotton socks and a good mood! You can buy these socks at our souvenir shop. Indoor shoes are not used at our park. All guests must wear (cotton) socks to ensure comfort and cleanliness.

• Can I leave my child at the park and go shopping?

  Yes: if your child is over the age of 6, you can leave them with us, and we’ll make sure to take care of them.
  But remember: you are responsible for your child!

• Can I hold a child’s birthday party at the park?

  We know for certain that a child’s celebration will make them and their parents happy! That’s why we’re ready to take care of decorations, table settings, a celebratory lunch, entertainment services and everything else! We’ve prepared special package offers so that you can easily organize the best celebration possible at our park. You can find out more about these package offers on the Celebrations page.

• What services does your park offer for children’s birthday parties?

  We offer: Party rooms, a celebratory lunch, a cake catalog and candy bar, show programs, costumed entertainers, interactive quests, masterclasses, photo sessions and costume makeup. All the services that we and our partners offer are provided by professionals.

• How can I order a party?

  Contact us however is easiest for you: fill out the form on our site https://hellopark.simplybook.it/v2/, call our park’s phone number or write to us in WhatsApp. Our staff will answer all your questions and help you set up your event.

• Can I bring my own cake, food and drinks to your park?

  You can bring your own cake and fruits, if you have a birthday room reservation. In order to keep our guests safe we ask you to bring a check and to bring the products in their original packaging, so that the production and shelf life date would be seen. Other food and drink products are not allowed to bring into the park!
